We will work with you to minimise the total price of your Home Information Pack by quoting for the development rather than by individual plot. For instance, you have a single development of 30 apartments built on one plot of land. If the standard searches can be shared across the 30 apartments you pay:
Plot 1: £234 + VAT Plots 2 - 29: £99 + VAT each Project Price: £3105 + VAT
